Led by Gov. Gwen Garcia and DWSD Secretary Rex Gatchalian, the caravan was an information campaign on DSWD’s flagship programs, Walang Gutom: Pag-abot Program and Tara, Basa! Tutoring Program.
The signing of agreements was for the Establishment of the Regional Rehabilitation Center for the Youth (Girls) and the Implementation of AICS for PWDs using the Province’s QR-code system.
