Daanbantayan PIO has been elected as Auditor of the Cebu Association of City and Municipal Public Information Officers (CAOCAMPIO), a group of Information Officers of various local government units in Cebu.
On Friday, April 28, 2023, during the blessing and inauguration of Sugbo News Studio and News Center, Governor Gwen Garcia herself administered the oath taking ceremony of the new set of officers of CAOCAMPIO at the Executive Building of Cebu Provincial Capitol.
Afterwards, the Information Officers, together with PIA 7 Regional Director Fayette Rinen, proceeded to the LMP General Assembly at SEDA Hotel to pay a courtesy visit to municipal mayors.
