The Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice Mayor Elver Ali Abucay, in its regular session on Friday, February 16, 2024, has unanimously approved Resolution No. 111-2024, ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN FOR 2023-2032 OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAANBANTAYAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU.
In addition, the Sangguniang Bayan has approved on third and final reading an ORDINANCE ENACTING THE INTEGRATED ZONING REGULATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF DAANBANTAYAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU.
Both legislations were sponsored by SB Member Wendell V. Rosell and SB Member Simplicio P. Mantos.
The CLUP serves as a guide for future actions of the community with long-range goals and objectives for all activities that affect the local government, including guidance on how to make decisions on public and private land development proposals.
