The Sangguniang Bayan (SB) led by Vice Mayor Elver Ali Abucay conducted public hearing on Thursday, June 1, 2023 on the following proposed Municipal Ordinances:
Ordinance #1. Sponsor: Hon. Simplicio P. Mantos; Co-Sponsor: Hon. Wendell V. Rosell. An Ordinance regulating the sale, distribution, possession ang use of firecrackers, pyrotechnic devices and similar explosives within the territorial jurisdiction of the Municipality of Daanbantayan, Cebu.

An Ordinance Institutionalizing the Programs, Services, Previleges and Benefits for the Solo Parents and their Children, Appropriating Funds thereof other purposes pursuant to Republic Act 897, known as the Solo Parent Act of 2000.

An Ordinance prescribing Abattoir/Slaughterhouse Management and Operation, Regulating the Sale of Food Animals, Meat and Meat Products for Public Consumption, imposition of fees and charges and imposing penalties and violation thereof.
