Cebu Philippines – An INDEPENDENT and NON-COMMISSIONED survey conducted by BsK Advocates for Participatory Governance and Accountability found that Mayor SUN SHIMURA is ranked 1st among the best performing Municipal Mayors in Cebu Province for the first quarter with a high job performance rating of 91.5%.
CEBU PROVINCE “Top 10 Municipal Mayors” results are as follows:
Daanbantayan Mayor SUN SHIMURA with 91.5 percentage points job performance rating is the Top Mayor in Cebu.
Ranked second is Mayor RAJIV ENAD of Minglanilla positioned second with 88 percentage mark.
TUBURAN Mayor ALJUN DIAMANTE attained the third ranked with 86.4 percentage score.
Mayor ALLAN SESALDO of Argao ranked 4th with 85.5 % rating.
Ranked 5th was acquired by Mayor GUNGUN GICA of Dumanjug with 84.8 percentage vote.
