Mayor Sun Shimura presided over the 2nd quarter meeting of the Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) on May 8 at the Municipal Function Hall.
Agendas of the meeting were the presentation of the first quarter accomplishments of the PNP, BFP, Coast Guard, Traffic, Bantay Dagat, District Jail, among others; utilization of POPS budget; status of Balay Silangan; updates on YAKAP Bayan program; and schedule of drug testing for AIDAs or Anti-Illegal Drug Advocates.
