Delegates from different schools within Cebu Province gathered at the Lamberto R. Te Cultural Center for the opening ceremony of the Division Festival of Talents 2023.
Mayor Sun Shimura, together with SB Member Marvi Loot Pinos and school heads from Districts 1 & 2, warmly welcomed the more than 2,500 delegates from 44 municipalities who are participating in the 3 days event scheduled on June 3, 4, and 5.
The Division Festival of Talents is a showcase of talents of the youth through exhibition of their products and performances in their respective fields of interest.
Daanbantayan is the host municipality for this year’s Division Festival of Talents.
