Haladaya Festival of Daanbantayan performance during the ritual showdown competition for Pasigarbo sa Sugbo 2022. Haladaya means an offering (halad) to Datu Daya (the legendary chieftain) known in pre-colonial period to have fought and defended the people of Daanbantayan against the Moro pirates.
