The Municipality of Daanbantayan, under the leadership of Mayor Gilbert Arrabis Jr., received a plaque of recognition as one of the outstanding LGUs for its strong commitment to transparency and accountability through the SubayBAYAN portal, and for its consistent performance in upholding good local infrastructure governance.
Meanwhile, MLGOO Grace Caburnay was also awarded for her dedication to promoting transparency and accountability in local infrastructure projects through the SubayBAYAN portal, and for exemplifying “Matino, Mahusay at Maasahang serbisyo.”
The plaques were conferred during the visit of the DILG Region VII, led by PDMD Chief Rommel A. Correa, on Monday, December 15, 2025.
