The Municipality of Daanbantayan earned recognition from PDEA Region VII for its successful implementation of the Balay Silangan Reformation Program—recognizing the municipality’s strong support to the national anti-drug campaign.
The award was formally received by Mayor Gilbert Arrabis Jr. and MADAC Focal Grace Navarro during the 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week Awarding Ceremony on November 21, 2025 at the IEC Convention Center Cebu.
