PDEA VII, in coordination with the Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC), conducted the onsite revalidation and retention of all 20 drug-cleared barangays on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the Balay Silangan Reformation Center in Barangay Pajo.
The team also facilitated activities in celebration of 2025 Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Week (DAPC) to further strengthen community awareness and reinforce preventive measures in our drug-cleared barangays.
This initiative is in line with the continuous implementation of the Barangay Drug Clearing Program (BDCP) pursuant to DDB Regulation No. 4, Series of 2021, and in compliance with the ADAC Performance Audit as mandated by DILG–DDB Joint Memorandum Circular No. 2018-01.
The activity was attended by MLGOO Grace Caburnay, MHO Dra. Marielle Malaga, PLTCOL Dwayne Magbanua, barangay captains and secretaries, BADAC focal persons, and committee chairpersons for operations and advocacy.
